If you placed an order (or preorder/backorder) and decide you would like to cancel it, please reach out to us at support@bloomaudio.com. Depending on the method of payment used, there will be a deduction between 3.5-5%. This is a payment fee from Shopify, PayPal, and Affirm that does not get refunded to us. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and definitely sucks big time. 😔
