A: Shows little to no wear. Looks as close to a new product as possible without the factory fresh shininess.
A-: Slight signs of wear from normal usage, but no damage (scratches, dents, etc).
B+: Looks like a well used product, but no visible damage.
B: Some visible, but not experience altering wear. Some moderate scratches can be found at certain angles and lighting.
B-: A few scratches or scuffs from normal wear and tear, but still in overall excellent condition.
C+: Displays noticeable wear from various viewing angles. Scratches, dents, and/or scuffs are visible but the integrity of the item is completely intact and it is fully functional.
We do not accept trade ins lower than a C+ condition.
