We're not looking to make a sale and move on, we want you to enjoy your audio for years to come and we'll be there to support you. Warranty repair/replacement is still done by the manufacturer itself for incidents past the return and exchange period. But no matter when you purchased it, we will do everything we can to troubleshoot, provide solutions, and help you get warranty support from the manufacturer as needed.
