Bloom Audio is an authorized dealer primarily in the US. We are expanding into international markets but please take note of all guidelines outlined below.
- Due to Federal Law, we may be unable to ship certain items containing Lithium batteries to some international destinations.
- We cannot accept a request to declare a different purchase price or value for a shipment or to declare it as a "gift" since by law, we are required to declare the actual purchase price of each item in your order.
- There will be additional taxes, duties, and/or fees incurred by your receiving country or international carrier. Bloom Audio does not control any of these fees.
- Please be advised that you will be responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and/or fees upon delivery. We have outlined below what you should expect on your order, but we recommend you check with your local authority for more specific and up-to-date information.
- USPS First Class Package International Service can sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive depending on the time of year.
- Some carriers and/or destinations require all fees associated with an order to be paid electronically before delivery. If you refuse your package, Bloom Audio cannot refund the associated shipping fees since the shipping carrier will retain these fees once the item lands in your country and will not refund them in any scenario. Please be confident about your order prior to placing it.
