What's the Deal with Open Box Products?

We sometimes get products returned if they're not the best fit for a customer or their preferred sound signature. We carefully inspect, clean, and resell these as "open box." Open box listings are simply customer returns that are complete and like-new. They also have the same return and restocking fee policy as new items and are covered under the same warranty and support policy.
